To make this smoothie-

Add the following items to your blender or  your Magic Bullet:

1) 1 Banana

2) A quarter cup of raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, or any combination of these frozen fruits

3) 1 or 2 spoonfuls of flax seeds

4) 2 spoonfuls of greek yogurt

5) 1/2 cup of soy milk

6) A dab of honey

Mix up and enjoy! This makes 1 serving.
